In a bizarre moment, President Biden appears to say: “As one computer said, if you’re on the train, and they say Portal Bridge, you know you better make other plans!”
It appears Mr Biden should have instead said ‘commuters’ not ‘computers’ following his the embarrassing autocue mishap.
Nonetheless, the incomprehensible speech from Mr Biden sparked raucous laughter live on air from the Aussie hosts who appeared astounded and speechless at Mr Biden’s comments.
Perplexed by the footage, Ms Panahi slammed: “I’ve got nothing! Let’s leave that to one side and see what else the president said this week!”
She went on to tear further into Mr Biden as she showed yet another clip of the President mumbling and unable to get his words out clearly at another rally this week.
Mr Biden can be heard discussing what appears to be childcare issues but his speech is inaudible in places and tails off around key details of his policy plans.
In response, Ms Panahi slammed: “This man needs a retirement home and a warm bowl of soup! Not access to the nuclear codes!”
She went on to suggest how when Biden “is not making a fool of himself misreading autocue” he is making “utterly incomprehensible decisions” which she claimed further weaken the US.
And in a scathing conclusion, Ms Panahi hammered: “The man is in need of a lay down, a pudding, time with his grandchildren.
“He has no business being in the White House!”
The latest gaffe follows a similar moment during a speech in Illinois about vaccine takeup in the USA last month where President Biden branded female Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot ‘Mister’.
While later on, the President of the United States confused a television for a telephone when he told viewers about a conversation he had with a hospital worker, he said: “Last night I was on the television, on television… I was on the telephone with a person at an emergency hospital ward.”

The comments follow in the wake of a recent poll by CNBC’s All-America Economic Survey which shows only 41 percent of American’s approve of Mr Biden, with 52 percent disapproving.
This polling comes after a separate poll by Quinnipiac which showed Mr Biden’s favourability has tumbled by over 10 percent in five months.
Republicans (94 – 4 percent) and independents (60 – 32 percent) disapprove of the job President Biden is doing. The same poll stated Democrats approve of Biden by 80 – 10 percent.
